Discover the joy of yoga for a happier, healthier you.
Gentle Yoga for Mind and Body
A regular yoga practice has many benefits. You will feel physically and mentally stronger, calmer and more relaxed.
Based on the Hatha style of yoga, my classes focus on exploring yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. They are the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation, allowing you to release tension, improve flexibility and calm your mind. With both morning and evening classes offered, you’ll be able to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life and focus on your wellbeing.

Small Classes, Big Benefits
The practice of Yoga really is for everyone, no matter your age, ability or fitness level. I will encourage and support you to progress at your own pace.
I teach weekly in person classes in Aston Clinton on a Wednesday evening and Friday morning. Classes are small allowing for more personalised attention, guidance and adjustment, ensuring you receive the support you need to deepen your practice. Yoga is more than physical postures and small classes provide an opportunity to meet other like-minded people - which is a bonus!

Bespoke One-to-One and Small Groups Sessions
Sometimes, we all need a little extra attention. That’s why I also offer personalised one-to-one sessions. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, have specific goals, or simply prefer a more individualised approach, one-to-one sessions allow you to receive customised guidance and support.
Or perhaps you would prefer to practice yoga with a partner or small group of friends. Small group sessions can be a lot of fun. We can discuss your goals and I will design a session to suit you.
Sessions can be organised in a mutually convenient location or on-line.

Courses and Workshops
Throughout the year I run beginners courses aimed at people completely new to yoga or who haven’t practiced for a number of years. These can be a great way to become familiar with how it is to attend regular yoga classes alongside like-minded people.
I also run workshops on different aspects of yoga (for example backbends) which can help you to deepen your knowledge and your own yoga practice.
“Hi, I’m Sam. I’m a qualified yoga teacher, yoga student and a general yoga enthusiast! I’ve enjoyed the benefits of yoga for almost 20 years and I’m now delighted to share my experience by bringing yoga classes to the community in Aston Clinton”.
