Terms and Conditions.

Attendance and Cancellations

Weekly Classes

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid any disruption to the rest of the class. Arriving 10 minutes early is advised to allow for settling down for the class and starting on time.

  • Please book in advance to secure your spot.

  • If you cannot attend, please cancel your place as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of class start time will count as a late cancellation and will be charged or counted as a class from your pass.

  • You can reschedule or cancel your class up to two hours before the start time online via www.yogawithsamlees.co.uk or by emailing sam@yogawothsamlees.co.uk.

Workshops, Events and Courses

Workshops and special sessions (e.g. Yin, Restorative, Seasonal events) are not included in regular class passes.

  • These are separately priced events and must be booked in advance to secure your place.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, unless your spot can be filled from the waitlist.

  • If I ever need to cancel a workshop, event or course, you'll receive a full refund or transfer to another event.

Flexible Class Passes

You can purchase a flexible class pass which gives you a discounted rate on the classes.  Flexible class passes allow you to commit to a regular yoga practice with flexibility to use across all weekly in person classes with a given period of time. All class passes have an expiry window so please ensure the pass you are purchasing is suitable for your needs.

  • Flexi4 - 4 classes, valid for 2 months from date of purchase

  • Steady8 - 8 classes, valid for 3 months from date of purchase

  • Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Passes are designed to be used within their timeframe, so please plan your attendance within that period and according to the available class schedule. Extensions will only be applied if I need to cancel a class.

Once you have bought your pass you will be provided with a code via automated email which you can use to redeem a class.

Summer Classes

During the summer months (i.e. the school holidays) classes will run on a more flexible schedule and often with smaller groups due to lower numbers. For these classes only, class cards will not be accepted - payment will be per class.

Class cards purchased before summer will still have their original expiry date, so please plan your attendance accordingly. Unused classes cannot be carried over beyond their expiry.
