Terms and Conditions.

Bookings and Cancellations

Weekly Classes

Pre-booking is advised for all classes particularly if you have purchased a class pass or membership.  This will ensure that you use your pass before the expiry date.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid any disruption to the rest of the class. Arriving 10 minutes early is advised to allow for settling down for the class and starting on time.

You can reschedule or cancel your class up to two hours before the start time online via www.yogawithsamlees.co.uk or by emailing sam@yogawithsamlees.co.uk.   Cancellations within two hours of the start time will count as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be offered. If I need to cancel a class, I will give you as much notice as possible and your account will be credited or refunded as appropriate.

Courses and Workshops

If you can’t make a course or workshop you have booked and you let Yoga with Sam Lees know at least 7 days in advance, you can book onto another session or receive a full refund. If you cancel outside of the cancellation window, you are welcome to come along to a replacement session, space permitting. If you need to cancel your booking and if the place can be filled by someone else, the fee can be returned. Otherwise the fee is not refundable.

In the event that Yoga with Sam Lees cancels the event, you will receive a full refund or the option of being transferred to another course/workshop if available.

Flexible Class Passes

You can purchase a flexible class pass which gives you a discounted rate on the classes.  Flexible class passes allow you to commit to a regular yoga practice with flexibility to use across all weekly in person classes with a given period of time.  All class passes have an expiry window so please ensure the pass you are purchasing is suitable for your needs. Class passes can’t be cancelled, suspended or extended after purchase without the production of a valid doctor’s certificate. Any refunds will be prorated based on the drop-in/single class cost for that class.

When I am on holiday or not teaching for more than one week, I will extend the expiry window for all passes spanning that time by the appropriate length of time.

Once you have bought your pass you will be provided with a code which you can redeem against your chosen classes.
