In Person Classes

I teach weekly hatha yoga classes in Aston Clinton and Wingrave. Classes are mixed ability and particularly suited to those looking for a moderate or gentle yoga class.

Class Structure

  • We begin with the breath to centre us and get us ready for the class - controlled breathing has been shown to help our nervous system, calming our mind and bodies

  • We then explore different physical movement or postures which benefit the body by building strength, flexibility and improving balance

  • At the end we spend some time in a relaxed posture to help our mind and body reflect and rest.

Pricing and Packages

  • Pay As You Go

    £10 per class

    This is a great option if you’re not sure how regularly you want to attend or you want to try out the classes for a while.

  • 4 Class Package

    £36 (£9 per class)

    Buying a class package of 4 classes supports a regular yoga practice. Can be used at any of the in person classes.

    Must be used within 60 days (2 months)

  • 8 Class Package

    £64 (£8 per class)

    Buying a class package of 8 classes to support a regular yoga practice. Can be used at any of the in person classes.

    Must be used within 90 days (3 months)
